• Coordinate and lead monthly discussion groups and networking socials (morning meet ups that are like a “coffee talk” atmosphere, small groups, BrewGooders socials, lunch & learns)
• Partner with other YP groups in the region with other events
• Coordinate volunteer opportunities

Membership

• Grow membership and outreach events that educate new members about YNPN Des Moines
• Be an ambassador for new members and make sure to “plug them in”
• Look at growing company business partners

Marketing/Communications

• Develop a brand and image for YNPN Des Moines
• Develop templates that committees and the board can use
